16/6/2020

Picture
The on going Covid restrictions meant that the  children  were unable to visit the school,  so  we  visited the   children instead!

Ms Masterson  &  Ms  O'  Neill  paid  the  sixth  class  children a socially distanced visit to their homes to present them with  some graduation gifts which  included a  class hoodie, a photo  story of their time in  Lacken and some other graduation gifts.

Thank  you  to  the  boys, girls,  and their parents  for their lovely warm  appreciative  welcome on our   visit to their homes.

6th  Class  Transition to  Secondary School  Programme

16/6/2020

Our  Sixth  class  students are   currently engaging  in a transition  programme on moving to  Secondary School on our Google  classroom platform.  This programme  will  help  and  support  each of them as they progress into their Second  Level  Education.

Their class teacher is working through various  aspects of this programme with the children, supporting and   addressing any  of their questions or concerns  that  they  may  have, before moving to the various  second  level  schools.  Keep  up  the  great  work  boys and  girls !
