It was another jam packed week in the infant classroom in Lacken!! We explored some great activities and had lots of fun!
We made lovely Christmas trees which are now to be seen hanging on our windows-check them out when you are driving by!
We had numeracy stations on Friday where our main areas were shape and pattern. We used the mosaic blocks, pegboards, bears and whiteboards to make shapes and patterns.
The beebot was our final station where the children took turns in giving him directions!
We continued to use our jaago blocks during playtime and the children are making more detailed structures each week!
When life gives you lemons make lemonade: on Friday we made fizzy lemonade, the children worked in pairs and we used lemon, water, sugar and baking soda! Check out the sour faces on some of the children when they tasted it.
